Hi I think you should do whats right for you...If you feel good with it long you should listen to yourself and keep it long, dont listen to others you have to do whats right for you, and you are very pretty with it long. :)

I think you look great with the long hair. (can't really picture you with it short) The part where you said "for your size" you prefer the long tresses...I feel the same about mine. I chopped mine super short years ago-after I fried it from using too many chemicals in my teen years..and I've kept it long ever since it grew back. Good luck with surgery.

I know zero about hair, and anyway you'd be cute if you had an olive-colored crew cut (PLEASE don't do that, if you were considering it! :) ) but for some reason I LOVE the last few seconds of this one best, the thanks-for-listening part and the laugh combined with the perplexed-I-think sigh. dont cut your hair off unless you wish to cut it off. I just cut 12 inches of mine off but I did it for a kid who had cancer so she could have a wig.

Oh I remember the hair dilema. At one time I had hair the same length as you and also being a big gal had the worries of short hair not looking good on me. About 6 year or so ago I had the guts to have it chopped. And since then I have had all lengths and styles and colors and have fun with it. So dont be afraid to try a change.
