  • wow a cool volt!!!

damn gm should have kept the original design that looked like the camero.

    but this is awesome.

  • Any agent in Saudi Arabia !!!!!

  • So many Tesla fans overlook Fisker.

  • @3089280288 thats very very very true fisker needs a all electric

  • @BrooklynNYC777 not realy. Maybe a second model.

  • @3089280288 like i said Fisker needs an all electric vehicle, the reasons are obvious and dont need to be stated.

  • Looks like we're still way behind on that production schedule...

  • It looks like some mix of a Viper and an Aston. Fabolous hot design!

Hybrid with the electric being supplement to fuel is cool for now, but next version oughta be hydrogencell powered so you can just "fill it up" like with gasoline, but from a H2 pump.

$87K though. Hope they get succes.

  • @barath4545 it was designed by the aston martin designer

  • u just use petrol(gasoline)

  • What's happens when there's a blackout and ur electricity is out..? And then the sun is blocked by the moon. And ur cord gets stolen by black people..?

  • LOOOLL!!!

ahaha then thats the end of the world man

  • akinagod ---- what you want is complete change, be reasonable, change is a slow process and a process has steps. this is a step in the right direction and should be praised for its ability to bring knowledge through publicity ....

  • if it is not a full electric, there is no point...

  • Really a very beautiful car, and practically priced,, for a high end sports luxury car!

I love it!! I am looking forward to buying one, we they become available.. Can't wait!

    Simple Karma!

  • The car tends to appeal to a lot of people due to its looks and mixes of appearances that are thrown in, such as the BMW twin kidney grills, Jaguars XK which looks a lot like the front in my opinion and a little of Infiniti's and Maserati's curves thrown in there. Nice looking car but ill stick with Infiniti and BMW, plus I'm not ready to drop 80K on a car with no reputation and that I'm not familiar with.

  • who not have an air duct on the bonnet with a turbine inside that could recapture the energy from going forward?

  • Its only 80 grand its not bad.

  • it looks very nice because it is designed by a european designer.....otherwise it would have looked like any other american car.... "squared"

  • do they have any other color then blue?

  • Comment removed

  • if i had the money, i would buy it....

  • Ive talked to someone involve is these cars. He say's the battery tech is not there , for a fully electric car.

  • Incorrect. Electric cars are around, and were around in the early 1900s. The tech is there, and has been for some time. The big issue is outfitting fuel stations across the nation with battery charging stations, and getting the leading manufacturers to start pushing electric tech more into the mainstream.

Look up "Home Made Electric Car" on YouTube. The user is st0ckman.

  • (at Auggie56)

  • So the tech that works on these cars lied ? I'm quite aware of the electric car short comings.

  • I want S2000 engine in it. no GM any more.

  • 01:50

"We are partially owned by General Motors Corporation".....

Damn. That's why the car still NEEDS a gas motor.

  • with a solar roof, they can charge batteries, and they know that. Besides, their still raping us with the price.

  • If they could charge the batteries with the solar roof, they definitely would and leave the engine out. The solar roof provides very little power.

  • oh i c, but their still raping us with the price, like i would buy a used s2k, and convert it to an all electric.

  • i wouldn't call it rape. it costs hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars to get a new, low volume car launched from scratch. they have to be able to make the money back. hopefully, when they get established, they can make them more affordable.

  • how fast is it faster than the tesla or no.

  • near 2014 itll be around $40,000

  • how do you know???

  • my sister is gonna get one when she graduates from college and we did some researching and thats wat we read

  • oke, is that the new or second hand price???

  • nice, but when will they acutally start making a car we can AFFORD??? $80,000 is just out of reach for most of us. GET REAL!!!!

  • At first, I thought the solar-roof was designed in order to charge the car, and its components.

Wouldn't that be better than just some fans?

  • You'd need more panels than that...

  • This is actually what all "hybrid" cars should be. The gas engine is directly connected to an electric generator instead of the drive wheels. Diesel locomotives use the same type of power plant. A lot of fuel gets wasted while trying to accelerate a normal gas engine car. With a gas-electric motor, extra power can be stored in the batteries or used for acceleration.

  • Your 411 is right on target. That's kind of rare on the tube.I've been testing HHO technology, and I can't help but think of the possibility of replacing this gas motor with it. I am already running a generator on the HHO I produce. The rest is simple.

  • Fisker Karma, welcome to Finland!

  • Always remember that the stone age did not end because they ran out of stones.. One day they will be cheaper than regualr gas vehicles

  • A good looking Electric vehicle, itll save us money on gas, but the thing its self is probably overpriced/

  • its actually supposed to be priced at $80,000 which isn't to bad considering its a luxury car and does 0-60 in 5.8s also gets good mpgs and good for the environment, Looks are stunning too.
