the trick with this model's trim, I think, is to just press the button once or twice at a time. The copter needs to be stable for you to notice the effects of the trim. So I say, adjust it once or twice, land it, then look for the rate of spin on your next take off. I prefer launching from my palm, it takes too much juice to launch from the floor, cuz the skids will just slide all over the place. For 30 bucks, this thing is awesome, IMO

lol the trim does work, but you have to press it MANY times to work...and you have to know the right button to push

good flying.. i have 1 i got it for chrismas also..try trimming it a lil but next time it will make it fly alot better..:)
