You want to know how strong Vegeta is after 7 years of constant training after the Cell games? His maximum in base is around 3,5 billion i believe. Frieza is nothing anymore in those times, same as gohan.

Oh and btw, the movies and GT are fake, they don't follow the story. Only a few follow the story, but most don't.
