Straight up beast, looks like your form varied a little bit on one of the reps and I though you only had one more in you but you pushed out a few more, straight up beast dude good job!
Hey man don't listen to these fucking you tube idiots! I can barely lift a third of that weight and I thought I was strong? Keep up the excellent work man! Inspiring for me!

Proper? Sorry...no. No hand push on the knees which probably was at least 40 lbs of pressure per arm, lessening the work load on the intended muscles...plus a bounce at the bottom. Geez
I guess you didn't read the fact that I have a fully reconstructed hip. I am missing a hip support muscle on my right side. The hands are on my knees to make sure that my hip does not move outward during the press.
Car accident - broke the right hip in 3 pieces. broke the ball off the femer and broke the ball in 2 pieces. They screwed it all back together. No cartilage left.
That is unfortunate. You know, there are procedures these days to possibly grow that cartilage back. Doctors are harvesting adult stem cells from patients' bone marrow and adipose tissue and injecting them into the joint. You might want to look into this as it has been proven effective on dogs with arthritis and even humans testify to its efficacy.
That's great advice to give him if you also send him a check in the mail. Unfortunately, if this guy lives in the U.S., the odds of him getting his insurance company to pay for it are zero to none, that is, if he can even afford to have health insurance.
I am also sure that a doctor would want several thousand to do the procedure you talk about.
That's real hack squat only when the machine hits the bottom. Ass-to-floor, buddy!

When you say reconstructed, do you mean they reconstructed the ligaments and the bones in your hip?
