Well, next he actually turns "full" hollow. When he was training like the vizards and turns full hollow, that is his next level, if you just wanna see that, its in like manga 443 or something.

The hollow he turned into when fighting released Ulquiorra was a different than his "regular" hollow form (as seen in his fight with Byakuya and Vizard training). It makes me wonder... maybe now that Ichigo has control of his mask his hollow has moved onto a more powerful form where it can stay in control. Whatever the case, he was absolutely unstoppable, even Ulquiorra in his most powerful form was torn apart in a few seconds.
