  • When I listened to your description I was like "that's kinda boring" then I saw how much intensity you bring! I've never see anyone do those exercises with so much explosive speed. Great work, thanks for the video.

  • @molonlave123 No. Protein is THE muscle-building fuel. You need to eat 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh (i.e. a 170lb man should consume 170 grams of protein daily).

  • @Illadelphism no you dont NEED a gram but it is required im 140 and i take in 125g of protein
