great job, i just got into jazz guitar a few months ago and learnt this one today - can someone explain to me the theory behind his guitar lines in this song, is there a key or scales he uses or is he going with the chord structure and basing ideas off of that? the improvisation and composition of jazz confuses me i would love to better understand the way this was written, thanx

after this you can make a harmonic analysis and attempt to "understand".

follow your heart, then you will understand everything and do great things.
