Mmmm,just tried this on mine,tried it on some trees but obviously they are moving about too much,just realised it has to be something that's realy slow.Will give it a go when I have time.
can you use any video edit software like Sony Vegas?

The Time lapse is a feature of the cam.I can't see why you cannot use Vegas it's in AVI format.
