If ''god'' didn't want gays, we wouldnt be here.
Obviously its a test of acceptance. :T just like you probably don't accept an overweight kid at school or someone who has amazing grades but has acne and glasses.
We are not a nation of don't say don't tell, we are a nation that is one.
That said, we must never hate the sinner, only the sin. We must pray constantly for our wayward bothers and sisters and that they come into the arms of Christ.
This vlog will one day be seen as an aberration, a short lived one. The gay movement's gain in New York will one day be undone as more and more people turn to Christ. Just because there are parades and bars does not make the behavior good. It is not. It is a selfish act that is unseemly and clearly condemned by the Old and New Testsments.
@direwill I am a gay Christian. I love God and have accepted Christ as my savior. I spent 20 years praying as to why I had these feelings. I dated a girl for 4 years, but it just never felt right but I deluded myself into thinking I loved her. Then I finally met someone, a guy, that I feel head over heels in love with. After months of self-torment and confusion, God finally led me to accept the sexuality he gave me and to be with the man I love. And I do mean Love, not lust or selfishness.
Here here, great video! I'm training to become a teacher now and can't imagine what I'd do if I came across a teacher like that. Here in the UK he would be fired without question for such hateful and homophobic views. Nevertheless, as there are homophobic individuals everywhere (whether they express their views openly or not) it is definitely our responsibility to send messages of acceptance and tolerance to the children we raise and teach - Once again, wonderful video :-)
