Read up on 'Air Alert' and 'The Vertical Jump Programme and you see he makes sense. Who knew that bendin your knees more than a 1/4 takes away 80% of the power from your approach!? Thats where I found out about the 1/4 theory and, I can only speak for myself, but it definitely works. I believe I have a very good plyometric strength but I do need to work on the muscle/power side. Hitin the gym 2-3 times a week and continuin to work with the new jumpin technique will surely allow me to jump higher. Im 30 in Nov so I dont expect to be windmillin Lol. 1 Dunk would be nice tho.
