Good thing they changed to Tell Me. But they've improved ALOT. Everybody's voices got way stronger, dancing was better, they got prettier, and Yubin joined the group while Hyuna went to 4minute.

first, Koreans don't have an 'r' sound, i know because I'm Korean...speak and write it fluently. They slur the 'L's' to mimic the sound. Next, according to their Bio, Wonder Girls was introduced via a tv show MTV Wonder Girls, and Ye Eun was added as the 5th member later on. They may have practiced, but performing live takes a LOT of chemistry from knowing each other's voices...

I'm Korean too, and the Korean language actually does have the "ch" and "r" sound, except that the "r" should be classified as more of an "r/l" sound since the way it's pronounced often rolls between the two. The Wonder Girls just are not that great at speaking English, or they weren't at this point in time...
