Muscle-ups are looking much better, getting more strength at the top of the pull up. Do you do planches on the rings ever? That really helps with handstands I find. Keep working at it, handstands take forever to learn.
It might have something to do with the way you render, I boosted my quality alot as opposed to my previous videos by doing so. I can help you if you want.

nah im not a gymnast, i just train at home, and ill go to a gym from time to time to try out the rings...

Interesting. Not many people will get a full planche outside of competitive athletes(gymnasts mainly).
How long had you been working on it before you were able to hold one?

I did a few planches on rings the day of this video. But they were pretty pathetic, might upload once they get better.

25 seconds or so last I checked. That's a complete max. Arms shaking face red maximum hold. =]
