@bieberisag Fleury is better in the clutch when it counts, and he plays on a less defensive minded team. Marc faces a ton of odd man rushes because of the Pens run and gun style. He's also far better in the clutch! He has a better GAA and Save percentage in the postseason. Their regular season stats since 07-08 are virtually identical, but Fleury shines when it counts. The Pens went 12-4 to close out the season without Crosby & Malkin & lost 1-0 in game 7 to Tampa. (not Fleury's fault)

I'd rate Tim Thomas, Pekka Rinne, Ryan Miller, Henrik Lundqvist, Marc Andre-Fleury, Roberto Luongo, Antti Niemi, Ilya Bryzgalov, Jonas Hiller and Cam Ward as the top 10 goalies. Until Price wins when it counts, he's outside the top 10 looking in.

Ilya has a 2.55 GAA and a .917 save percentage in his playoff career. Price has a 2.84 GAA with a .907 save percentage.
Every name in the above post is ahead of Price. I think Price will someday be not just a top 10 goalie, but likely a top 5 goalie, but he's not there yet. He's still young though.

Since then, he's 4-12 with a GAA over 3.0, and a save percentage around 89%. That's hardly impressive. The point I was making was that he's not among the elite goalies like Thomas, Miller, Rhinne, Lundqvist, or Marc Andre Fleury just yet. If you disagree, please elaborate.

@bieberisag Fleury is better in the clutch when it counts, and he plays on a less defensive minded team. Marc faces a ton of odd man rushes because of the Pens run and gun style. He's also far better in the clutch! He has a better GAA and Save percentage in the postseason. Their regular season stats since 07-08 are virtually identical, but Fleury shines when it counts. The Pens went 12-4 to close out the season without Crosby & Malkin & lost 1-0 in game 7 to Tampa. (not Fleury's fault)
