When I first saw this video I had been struggling with a chronic illness for a year. I was living in a cheap hotel and so sick that I could barely get out of bed. I think this man's words played a part in saving my life. I started watching this video daily and telling myself to "dig deeper". I'm still sick but I got out of that hotel alive and I know that I will get better one day.
you wasn't lucky with the accident. But you are lucky with your friend your family, these people love you and help you thanks god for this. Greetz from Germany
Stephen i gurantee you are one of the strongest people to ever walk this earth with your amazing enthusiasm and outlook on life and with you setting as great of an example as you do everyone on and off a bike can stay strong.
Every time i see a video about him, it gives me goose bumps to see him. To see how after his accident, he still lives his life, and is still there for his children.
Stay strong Stephen Murray, when ever i feel down about my self, i think of you, and i think how lucky i am to be able to do the simple things that i do. I think of how much you would give up just to be able to brush your teeth, or walk around the block.
You are my inspiration, stay strong buddy, stay strong.
I realise now how lucky i really am, to be able to move every part of my body, if if i cannot move my arms very well, at least i have movement. He is amazing because he copes so well and has such a great perspective on life!
This is the most touching video I have ever seen. Stephen, You have opened my eye's, it really put's life into perspective and reinforces the issue of not taking life for granted because it's so fragile!
Dear Stephen,i've been following up on all your videos after the crash.
it was devastating but this video really touches me deep down inside.I was eating while watching this and i literally stopped. Those words, the moments u express them i truly feel for you.Its hard to explain.Im a rider myself and I'm sure u riders out there knows what i'm getting into here.STAY STRONG...U have been heard Stephen, from the people of Singapore :)
My name is Percy and I am a flatlander. I watch this video every day and I can't
help but cry. It says so much about the power of the human mind to overcome
incredible adversity. Sometimes I think about not riding because of
the authority that I am up against when looking for a legal place
to practice my flatland. Sometimes the tickets become too much to pay,
and I think about quitting. Then I watch this video, and I know to reach
inside and dig deeper. I can ride, but Steve can't, thats y
