I had this on 78 when I was about 4 years old (1958 and my grandparents would let me go through and play all of their old 78's), and it was a short matter of time before i broke it. A week later my grandmother took me to a record store and bought an RCA Red Seal EP45 that had The Thing, Darktown Poker Club, That's What I Like About The South, and The Preacher and the Bear. Great song. As far as what's in the box? Use your imagination...it can get pretty disgusting...:D Cheers!
