i used camtasia studio to record the video and edit it. its easy to use but its not free, although you can get a 30 day trial and its widely available on torrents.

unfortunately with this you need to hack a website that allows you to upload a HTML document from the admin panel (which is rare).

take a look at my other tutorial for website hacking its a much more advanced way of doing this, takes a bit longer but allows control over the websites files
