to everyone who watches this and think its crap..i tried it and it sucked...but i made my tear a bit bigger and i changed the inner glow to white...try it....
Luckily I saw the ending result before wasting six minutes of my life. That looks like oil or nasty eye infection and it sure as hell does not look like a tear, much less, realistic one.
