YouTube is a great source for learning songs. We do a lot of karaoke at friends'
houses, I learned the original "In The Still of the Night" AFTER I'd sung for a long time the song"Lost in the 50's(In the Still of the Night)" by Ronnie Milsap. YouTube is great for learning things about artists, too.
Yeh, I also learned lots I never knew, EVEN about the Lettermen!! Their Vocal Group Hall of Fame is incredibly detailed about all the top groups of the era, well worth a visit!
fantastic group and music alot of people do not understand what these groups went thru because it was about the music not the money.thank you for sharing this great music
THE TOKENS have one of the very best sounds ever to emmanate from a male group of this style ~ I don't quite understand why they didn't go even further and have more Hits associated with them - were they somewhat overshadowed by the British Invasion of the 60's?
Thanks for putting this out for us... I was wondering what the Tokens did beyond the Lion, and it's all great for a person who likes doo-wop. Good fun. 8) K
Great rendition by The Tokens. I'm a doo wap citizen.

Classic doo wop. Give me the golden oldies anyday. Music today has lost the passion that the oldies gave us. Keep doo wop alive!!!
