I felt his posture was likely not a simple struggle with a strap but a certain feeling-the-song, I enjoyed it. Also man can you hear Neil Young influences in there. The sometimes boring plodding along guitar must be what it feels like to pass time in Winnipeg.
man he's been playing for like 20 years and Samson still looks like he's having a hell of a time figuring out how to hold that guitar. He's always so awkward when he plays.
accomplishment points Winnipeg, generation by generation... not to mention we ain't got a sign that says "Resonant Frequency of Total Hypnagogic Influx" there in the Heart of Texas. some general innuendo of punk ethic, D.I.Y. not to mention, all the lambasting done by one another within the intersects of lambast by oneself music, not entirely what I've been doing. we can blame the misanthropy on my antiquation in the latter half of this past millenium and the turn of the current one, for sure.

Hey there, both his Little Picture EP and the City Route 85 7" can be found/bought through iTunes.

John K. Samson's "City Route 85" has Heart Of The Continent, Grace General, and Cruise Night on it. Unfortunately, no The Last And.

Beautiful.
So based on his description, would this song kind of be a like a sequel song or companion song to "One Great City!"?
slightunsound 2 years ago
I think that's fair. Even the guitar is similar to One Great City in some parts.

@Strangulation Same key, same chords. Just tabbed the sucker out. What a beautiful song.
