I thought it was for most characters. Makes the Sheik think twice about fair'ing. Some characters still get CG'ed or tech chased though. Still better than getting a slap in the face at high percent no matter which way you look at it.

yeah, for characters like fox, you can just DI away into a tech, but mario's a floaty. isn't is better if he just DIs behind sheik, that way she can basically only get a random nair or bair off?

Yeah that's true. Either way you look at it, Sheik's DThrow kinda rapes anyone. It combos into SOMETHING that's going to pester the shit out of the opponent, no matter which way they DI. Tech Chase ftl.
