If Your Menu is different then you have the NEW behold phone. The New Behold has 3d Icons.

I have this phone. And it never froze. I love this phone, it's the best I have ever had! I don't know why it would freeze like that.?

Sense the release of this Video I have gotten a New Behold!! It is one of the latest models.

I had that one from the day it was released last year.

I am leaving this video up in case others have the same problem I did.

Something similar happened to mine, just call t-mobile, they'll send you a new one. While you're waiting for the replacement to come go to one of their retail stores and get a loaner. It's that simple

Don't you have to send it in or bring it to a store for them to try to find whats wrong?

If you call them they will send you a replacement if your in your 1 year period still. Won't cost you anything unless you want express shipping or if they find out there is nothing wrong with your phone.
