CNN's Headline News lambasts California's Prisoner Early Release program

Build a prison on the Mexican border and export the illegal prisoners, releasing them in their own country after their sentence. Housing them in Mexico would save California BILLIONS and allow room for serious US criminals! In November, vote yes on legalizing marijuana. That would release non aggressive criminals doing 5 to 10 yrs for a dimebag or 10 to life for selling something less harmful then alcohol.

This guy was in a suicide dress, when interviewed. He was obviously not well. The people who don't report to the p.o. or test dirty... I don't want to pay to house them
