If communism was the superior system it would reside in more than 3 countries in the world. Life isn't fair, it never has and never will be. The economic crisis is a result of greed and lack of regulation in the financial services industry. If the banks had been run correctly with a emphasis on value then we wouldn't be in this mess.

there were in fact small pockets of free enterprise farming in the soviet union. it comprised only 3-4% of the land, but it was capitalist. turns out those plots produced 75% of the food in soviet russia throughout the course of soviet communism. weird right? only if you're an uninformed socialist is that weird.

It was a more defacto form of government ownership as he seldom 'nationalised' businesses per se. His economic views also changed over time. Planned economy is organized as such that private entrepreneurship is rule out and it will be produced according to the "needs of the cititzens", or at least what bureaucrat assholes considered as such. If you dont have a planned economy which is controlled by communists, you will have a free market system in which individuals can participate on the basis of their skills and work.

Saying capitalism is not effective, is exploiting people, criticizing its functions etc does not mean that Marx was right.

It simply means the capitalism is failing.

Marx was proven wrong long ago. Marx's ideas are not simply claiming that Capitalism will fail. Its a very analytical description of the future of history, of supposed revolution, and the unavoidable reach to communism (stateless classless society).
