@LittleMissBossyCrew nora and the doctor were the first owners of the house. the doctor did abortions secretly and when one of his patient's boyfriend found out what the doctor had done to his baby, he wanted revenge and abducted his son and cut him into pieces. as he was kind of crazy and an addict, the doctor tried to revive his son by stitching the pieces up. quite weird :D.

Just had a thought-can anyone think of why all the ghosts of the house are stuck there and cant even walk off the pavement out the front except Tate. He can go to the beach or a cafe to meet with Violet's dad ect..? Any ideas?

The reason they drugged them was for the procedure, and I guess so they wouldn't back out of it at the last minute and demand there money back. That's why the husband of the girl who had a procedure killed their baby because he felt that if the doctor killed his baby then he should kill the doctor's baby. I think it was more evident in a different episode.
