Why on earth would you ever pay a credit card or mortgage off. You can no longer claim to be a moral person if you do. The money never existed. The bank didn't work for it, why should you? Scare tactics like, you'll never get a loan and they'll foreclose are complete BULLSHIT. If you take some time like 5 hours a day for 3 months, you will know how to beat them or at least stifle any legal proceedings until you are dead. This is all really easy. If you do pay them, you are an accomplice to fraud
Biggest Ponzi scheme ever. Just remember that all money (fiat) is debt and that this debt is interest bearing - owed to a private bank - yes private. One day the people of the world will wake up and see this and understand why they live in poverty - until then - the false dream that they could be one of the chosen few to be part of this privileged class lives on. What is the solution to this? How do fix we it? Avoid it in the future? All good questions that the world has yet to suss out.
Borrowing money is ok as long as you don't need it. In other words if someone uses the banks money on a credit card purchase and pays it back before any interest kicks in thats good for the consumer bad for the banks. Unfortunately most people pay the interest, The problem is the larger ticket purchases for most of us. Only if you can live without the usurous bankers are you truly free. I'd say thats about 1%-2% of the nation.
I agree however, the problem we have with using credit cards - even if you pay it off each month is that the credit card companies still receive their discount fee (a few points) from the vendors - think of this as a hidden tax that gets passed along to consumers in higher prices - this holds true if you pay with a credit card or not.
