It is way past time to clear out these "occupiers" and clean up that park. That park does NOT belong to a select group of people even when they call themselves "occupy". Nothing in our constitution gives people the right to setup tents and camp out wherever they please. A restriction on setting up tents and overnight camping is well within the law and does not violate our Constitution. The constitutional rights of these people is NOT being violated.

At the risk of sounding impolite and accusatory (which I am not trying to be), it is my opinion that the phrase "lack of belief" is a strategic attempt to construct an atheist position that is as unassailable as possible.
