Their are actually many more secrets than that. You can move around the sound files to make the PAC speak in Italian, German or a couple other languages besides Russian. I tried to switch it to italian and it worked, only for single player though. Multiplayer didnt allow me on the server due to modified files :/

How do you do it?

Well go to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142\mods\bf2142. Their should be a zip file in there called Sound_Client.zip Then go to VO files. Their you'll see the different languages. All you have to do is copy it, unzip everything, rename the desired language folder to Russian, and replace the original Russian folder with the new language. Then rezip everything (Make sure you backup) and place it back. The sound should change. Wont work for multi.

As long as you backed up, you should be able to replace the unmodified zip file back and be able to play multiplayer normally. In the event that this isn't the case, just reinstall. It was awesome though, i understood the pac titan speaking in italian. So the commands were far easier to follow. I played lan with buddies, but single player will allow you to play, and you can hear the languages.

he means some of the unused commo rose clips like: "enemy sentry gun spotted"

but half of them in there are actually used and not secrets atall

i know what he meant okay? U just didn't see the video when it first came out. It said "RADIUS SECRET bf2142" Radius.Radius. Not radio. Anyway, u can access those sound files by goin into your program files, and all the way to mods, bf2142 and find the sound client and use an OGG converter to hear them.
