Second hand smoke from marijuana would not get you high unless it was an extreme amount in an enclosed area. There are laws that assist with second hand smoking issues for cigarettes like where you are able to smoke. If legal, I'm sure they same would apply. I'm not sure if I've ever heard of a particular case of someone being allergic to marijuana. If he IS allergic to it, that would have been explained to him by a doctor, which would have resulted in a doctors visit after smoking it - Correct?

Oh and another thing - Just so the security guy knows (Which I'm sure he does because he is lying) - That "red eyes" he is was probably experiencing and thought to be the allergic reaction... is just a result from smoking weed. :)
