In some places, it's still legal to dump waste directly into the ocean, even sewage. Lots of companies do things like this because it's cheaper than paying someone to take the waste and dispose of it properly. It sucks, and it's stupid, but that doesn't make it a government conspiracy.

Holter told the associated press that they're spraying cities with pharmaceuticals, or the NLE09 document says that troops from 14 different countries are training in the US, or the UN Framework on climate change says there's going to be new taxes on air travel, coal, and a bunch of other stuff, but when you look them up, the document says nothing even remotely similar to what he's claiming.

The claim was made by Alan Watt, and he said it was just a brief announcement so it may not be there as its own story, or it could be part of another longer video. There are reports there warning people to protect themselves from poisonous pesticide spraying though, which is to get rid of mosquitos causing disease apparently. So in fact they ARE spraying the cities with a kind of pharmaceuticals, mentioned in press.

When I've looked for things Alex Jones claims in the past I've found them.

I tried the first full claim in this section by Alan Watt, about Rumsfeld saying on TV there was a plan to spray 'calmatives' on people to subdue them when necessary. After a very brief search I wasn't able to find what TV show it was from (and even he wasn't entirely certain about the details himself).

However I quickly found it was reported in 'The Independant' UK newspaper on 16th February 2003 that Rumsfeld planned to do exactly the same thing in Iraq - even though it was illegal.
