  • thanks alot for the video ive always wanted to learn qigong healin exersie this looks useful for me how long do you think it might take to where the point were you can heal someone does it take years if i practise everday?

  • @lilwarrior89 It usually takes about a week of practicing everyday.

  • @GMofShunTao thanks but when i first did it i ddint felt nothing do you know whats the reason for this or i need to keep repeatin the same movement everday?

  • @lilwarrior89 Yeah, that's all. Just a little practice.

    Be Blessed.

  • I just want to ask a question. I know you may not believe me, but ever since i was little i had felt heat from my hands when putting my hands like the fireball. After watching this video, I have the same feeling, but intensified. Was i passively drawing Qi without knowledge of it? I only started looking up Qi and watching your videos within a few days ago. I think what you are doing is amazing.

  • @LouyOrdo That is all great. Yes, you were just doing it naturally. These are all God given talents. Just in Qi gong we learn and study to develop the skills. Keep up the great work.

    Thanks for the post.

    God Bless.

  • when i do fireball i just feel magnetism a ltile >.>

  • @Revion54 Great job! Keep up the good work!

  • DAMM :-P first time i tried the fireball i could actually feel the magnetism :-) a bit creepy but cool:-) Thanks for posting this ;-)

  • @NorwegianCrazyMan Great Job! Keep training and you will be really surprised at what you can do!

    God Bless.

  • at 1:16 u said that u feel different things depending on the users level. Is there any order of these feelings? for me, I'm feeling heat and something like magnetic pulling. Would be interesting to have something like a list to see on which level I am.

  • There is not really a level for the different feelings. But those two when felt together are a strong place to be. The levels are based on how strong the feeling is. But, if you are feeling those two together you are doing very well.

  • Good Evening GM,

I just started doing Tai Chi Chuan for health purposes and found it helpful in making gradual gains in my health. The Qigong exercises that we do are good but I would like more. I feel the Fireball, Super Fireball, and Reverse Fireball are excellent techniques to build Chi. Thank you very much.

  • Sorry so long to reply. I have been gone. But, I am back now. Thank you very much for the comment. You sound like you are doing wonderfully. Be Blessed and Take Care.

  • Thank you GM. I appreciate your reply. Might you be able to recommend a certified Qigong instructor in the Michigan area? I would like to study both Tai Chi and Qigong for health purposes.

  • I will look into it and get back with you. What part of Michigan?

  • Metro Detroit.

  • I recommend the Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan and Qi gong Classes taught by Sifu Stephen Britt. He is in that area. If he is still teaching if not he should be able to direct you to someone else that is very good. His number is (248) 764-0863.

I hope this helps. Take Care.

  • GrandMaster, thank you so much. I will call Sifu Britt on Monday. GrandMaster, I am thankful for your reply. Also, I seek out Qigong and Tai Chi because I feel the latter would more likely be found in my region compared to what I really am searching for. It is Baguazhang. ( Pakua ). I just assumed that Pakua would be a rare find in Michigan. Do you have any input? Perhaps, a recommendation ? Have a good weekend and may You and yours be Blessed as well.

  • After a few calls. I found the best idea would be to talk to Sifu Britt. He should surely know someone. I am pretty sure he does it himself. If you need any more help on this just let know. Take care.

  • Good evening Grandmaster,

thank you, sir. Perhaps, one day we will be able to train together in the health oriented internal arts of China. May all your pursuits be filled with health and longevity.

    R

  • That would be great. Many Blessing and Much Respect to you.

  • Hello, G.M.

I just made contact with Sifu Britt today. We have set up an appointment. thanks so much for your time. I am still looking though for Bagua instructors in the midwest. If you happen to come across anyone's name, I would sure appreciate your help.

A blessed evening to your organization as well,

    R

  • Thank you very much. I will keep my hears open on the Bagua for and let you know if I hear something. God Bless.

  • Your videos are very helpfull and infomative. But I was woderind if there were any type of defence builds that you could put up. Thanks:-)

  • Thank you. Could you explain what you mean by "Defence Builds"? It would help to better answer your question. Thanks again.

  • well i gess like somthing that can help be used to defend your self aginst attacks. maybe both spiritual and physical.

  • Sorry, I don't put stuff like that up on youtube. But check out (Erle Montaigue Wu Dan Disrupters) on Youtube. I think it is just what you are looking for.

  • thank you! :-)

  • You are most welcome. Study hard and learn much.

  • thanks, i'll try that

  • i don't seem to feel heat with any of your builds, am i doing something wrong.

  • I would say keep practicing for another week and if you are still having trouble let me know. Your Qi level may not be up enough yet to feel the heat. But you may feel a magnetic type of feeling. If so youre on the right track. The trick is to just relax and don't "Try" to feel anything. When you "Try" to feel something your mind misdirects the Qi and your build will not be as hot. I hope this helps you. Take Care.

  • wow i cant belive it ive been watching and practiceing you positions fromthe heart to the triple heat so far then i skiped to here and i actually did feel the fire madd it feels like when you put a magnet and onther magnate together but it cant go to gether so it creates a force feild im sooooooo glad u make thses videos a huge help this will change my life i just have a question is doing the fire ball useing chi cuz i dont no how much chi is my limit thanks again

  • Thank you for the great comment! Also, you will not be using your own Qi as long as you perform the prebuild technique for the Fireball first. Take care and be Blessed.

  • is it bad too store chi in your body ,if u dont intend to use it that day.i mean i know there is techniques for defence that involve this ,i.e to have more effective strikes .so if u store it in ur body there must be a differrence between the healing chi and the defence chi?

  • No, it is not bad. Many styles do that.

  • thx for the information ;)

I've done Karate this training stuff will not be that all new.

  • Study hard and learn much.

  • Im loving your videos so far and looking forward to watching all of them. I have a few questions to ask you. First, when you are talking about yang energy is that besicly yang "chi". Second, when i am trying to achieve a high level of heat like you said to "guitarhero" can you do all forms of the fireball technique 20 minutes each to make it a full 1 hour?

  • I was refering to the Yang nature of energy in general. To achieve the heat do the fire ball and the bowl of fire technqiues and yes you can break up the training into 20 min segments. Thanks and take care.

  • thank you so much, GOD bless you, by the way when i put my hands together i feel like energy is going from one hand to the other. but when i do it with one hand, i feel it spining. does it always have to be hot? and how can i channel it to someone or something and how do i know im channeling it?

  • Thank you. The qi does not always have to be hot. The sensations you are feeling are quiet normal. Your are right on target. Keep up the good work. Your are doing great!

  • yes, thank you

  • This looks like some form of meditation, but do you really produce heat? I mean, have you ruled out any psychological effects? I guess the first thing I would do is use one of those stick on thermometers to see if my hands were really getting hot.

  • It is not a psychological effect. But don't feel bad for thinking that. I had a big hang up like that to when I was first training under my Grandmaster. It took me about a year and a half and healing over 1000 people under his guidance before I started to realize it was not all in my head.

  • Since then I have gone through numerous scientific tests/studies at two different laboratories. In one study my palms have been measured with a thermal video camera to heat up just over 200 degrees fahrenheit. In an other study at the same lab I changed the electrical conductivity of water 60 points from 15 feet away.

  • So go ahead and put it to the test. Go heal some people. You might find out that you really have an ability and it is not just all in your head. So, study hard and learn much. In this way you will discover the truth for yourself. God Bless

  • If that is true, then surely you should prove it as best you can on here. In this video for example, wouldn't it be more persuasive and more inspiring if you showed that heat was really being produced? Or if you posted footage of your tests...

  • I am not here to prove anything or persuade anyone. If you noticed, I am not selling anything. The techniques are free, here, and all work just like I say they do. If you tried them, you would know that. So, what is there to prove? I am sharing these videos to help people who are looking for answers to seroius health conditions. I am not here for a debate nor amusment of any kind.

  • That being said. If you still feel you need proof. My suggestion is that you spend a little time practicing and run you own tests. You might surprise yourself:)

  • Last question.... (sorry, coz I'm really interested in your teachings, I just don't run out of question)... can I use your teachings in combat? Its not like I want to hurt somebody (believe me, i hate fighting ^_^)... but can I use the things your teachings to let my chi get strong enough and make it violent to the point where it scares my opponent?

  • Yes, however it is not like many people portray. Many "Masters of Qi" who use it for martial or "combat" applications are tricksters and have no real understanding or ablity of how qi gong works for combat. Also, you never want to "Make your qi violent". As this is not a healthy thing to do. But, as far as can it be done, "Absolutely".

  • i did the one with the pyrimd but my fingers dont seem to get hot but when my hand crosses over or like u said to turn i feel heat at the top of my finger tips is this right or wrong? im worried

  • You are on the right track. You just need a little more practice. You are almost there.

  • I tried to do the fire ball a lot of times but my palms don't get too hot (but it warms up a bit), instead, it feels like electric current is being scattered on the surface of my hands. Do you think I'm doing the wrong thing? It bothers me a little bit.

  • No, nothing is wrong. People's experinces are different. It is just a matter of how your brain is interpeting the information. Keep up the good work!
