Corporate America's growing attitude toward its own employees is going to bite them in the end anyway; however, this presents an opportunity for start-up businesses to shine and take over the market.
Simply treating employees well, makes all the difference. I wonder; if a company mistreats its own employees, would it be capable of providing good customer loyalty and service at the same time?
What do you think?
PS I love those rock bands that are mention in your book.
Bruce... you need to search 'Heart" & re-acquaint yourself with that music... for the sake of your soul...also, improve your production values... get a sock for that windy mic or else kill that bit...
Best 'o Luck (props for your Grace Slick addiction - me too...)
