How do I rotate the camera during the Animation?

can camera movements be done in top, side and front views? in those views I can only zoom in and out

i am not very sure, my guess is no because those views aren't from actual objects and you have nothing to pair it with then, because normally when you are trying to do it with the camera you have to parent the empty with an actual object which is the camera... and if that doesn't make sense then sorry, the keyboard on this computer doesn't work sometimes so it is kinda frustrating.

I wonder how people make perfect cars then, I am making a car in blender, I have the screen divided into 4 screens, but on some I can't get close to some vertices since it only zooms in an out
