Is this the same band??? My God to fall so low from the great vocals and harmonies from "Mississippi", "Smile", "Broken Souvenirs", "Daddy" etc --this is really the simplest and most forgetful pop -that they broke up after this is no surprise! Why abandon the country roots?? "Now, the country song forever lost its soul" (Mississippi) indeed!
Exactly my thoughts - I actually like this kind of pop music too, but this is just so the contrary of the whole ambiance of Mississippi. It's just not a very good idea for a real band to switch to disco thingies - this is almost like looking at Vulcano.
For, me this is the beste Pussycat number, followed by "My broken souvenirs" and "Wet day in September". I really don't like the numbers "Mississippi" and "Smile".
In eng.: sisters Tonny, Betty i Marianne Kowalczyk (father was a polish army solidier who stayed after 2nd war in holland). 1st group name "Sweet Reaction", changed in 1975 to "Pussycat".
The Pussycat sisters did not came from Poland. They were born in Zuid-Limburg, Netherlands. Their father died about 3 months before Tony was born. Later their mother married a miner from Poland, who adopted them. That's the true story. It is true that Tony's former husband Lou was a band member. Greetz form Aachen!

@Poopingbotham LOL @Brotherhood of Man. Good song but not a good look unfortunately, can be aligned with too many other groups like that.

I think (for years) that this is THE BEST SONG we (the Dutch) never have send to the eurovision song contest. It would have won. I'm shure.

Although I love Pussycat I have to agree that this number is dire.
Forget about this and remember the good songs
