in order for republicans to start creating jobs they must first balance the deficit, then reduce taxes for big and small businesses then those businesses can start hiring. and entrapreneurs will have a better chance of starting a successful business. IT starts with deficit reducion and tax cuts that's how it works people look in the ninties when Gov john Kasic then congressman was the budget chairman. He budgeted the national deficit. Then when big businesses saved money they were able to grow
