with draigo the paladins count as troops so the army is legal, however you probably would have stood a better chance with the strike squads available rather than trying to pump up the paladins. With a small table the transport would probably better given way to an interceptor squad. The biggest weakness for GK is still the low body count, by not using strike squads you make it easier for the enemy.
you have an hq, an elite choice, 3 heavy supports and 1 fast attack. Your list is illegal. So many people falling to the lure of the Dread Knight. Sure it looks cool and is fairly cheap for a basic MC but you can take GK squads with str 5 assault 2 weapons... not only that but you could take like 50 of them fully kitted out able to kill anything, can deep strike and some of them can move 30" ignoring all terrain... yeah
@IonWrestler I don't know where you got your info but there is no str5 assault 2 wpn other than the speculum. Also his army is legal because of the special rule that Draigo carries that says that paladins can be troop choices. granted i don't recommend this setup because the GK are already at a disavantage for not being able to field a lot of units but taking even less is almost suicide especially against the eldar which are OP.
@crimzonsunz First off, I was already corrected about Draigo about 5 times. Second If you take psycannon bolts, your stormbolters are str 5..... oh and did I mention a storm bolter is assault 2?
Dreadknights are good, but they seem to be best with a teleporter and a heavy incinerator. Anything else and their cost just gets too high to justify what they do.
Great battle video I liked it

This is a legal army. Not a very smart army but a legal one.

You forgot fortitude for your vehicles. 1's and 2's don't matter using a psychic test.

@IonWrestler
He got 2 (the paladin unit is 1 and the lone and awesome paladin is one as well) and that's enough ;)

Man... Grey knights are still a really elite army. Pretty small force there. What units were the troop choices for Grey knights?
jestarthornton 11 months ago
@jestarthornton 2 squads of paladins draigo makes them troops....... not worth it...... Great body guard for a hq though.

looks like Grey Knights got some really bad dice rolls, and forgot a couple new rules.
