  • Have you tried picking up a plastic welding kit. I think this combing looks very repairable.

  • I have the same boat, the Yukon Expedition (in the same color, incidentally) & though mine does not leak at the hatches, I can understand how it could if the manufacturing specs were slightly off in the blowmolding process. I say that because the hatch coaming on my cockpit is very thin & flexible at the aft end of the cockpit. As it happens, I don't think my coaming will crack, but I can see how it could if it were slightly thinner. Prijon might want to correct this. Prijon makes great boats.

  • When the customer called and made no mention of a loose hatch ring. It was only stated that it leaks in the area. The sealant should in fact work well. The sealant is from the same company which provides the Bulkhead sealant, but it is a more versatile sealant, and will work in a tight confine such as that shown.
