  • hell all i saw was the bathroom and kitchen..the kitchen was large as hell WTF?

  • for new york paying 875 for this is actually nice, a guy i dated lived in washington heights is apartment was a room with everything in it for 650.. but communal here doesnt seem so bad, its just ike living an apartment with multiple roomates you would have to share the bath/kitchen anyway

  • where is the front room?

  • That the Homeless people living in the "Hotel" of the lower east side of New York City, is something I read about months ago that people sleeping in a bed sized room with a layer of wire mesh overhead for ventilation, and of course there was a door for privacy. Then there is nothing more for me to write about because there is nothing more provided. George Wu, AIA 2011-8-22

  • Where is the shower???

  • @WeyNoManchez Public bathroom around the corner.

  • i think the size iz just right... i would need a bigger space to hang out in and for my collectables..but bath and kitchen dont need to be cafateria and bustation like... lol

  • They shouldn't have used so much space for the kitchen =.=

  • doesn't seem that small. How many sq. ft.?
