for new york paying 875 for this is actually nice, a guy i dated lived in washington heights is apartment was a room with everything in it for 650.. but communal here doesnt seem so bad, its just ike living an apartment with multiple roomates you would have to share the bath/kitchen anyway
That the Homeless people living in the "Hotel" of the lower east side of New York City, is something I read about months ago that people sleeping in a bed sized room with a layer of wire mesh overhead for ventilation, and of course there was a door for privacy. Then there is nothing more for me to write about because there is nothing more provided. George Wu, AIA 2011-8-22
i think the size iz just right... i would need a bigger space to hang out in and for my collectables..but bath and kitchen dont need to be cafateria and bustation like... lol
LOL. TheLatigoKid, U pretty much called it right, lemonlysunny cant be from NYC, lot at best the cheapest you gonna find is round 850-900 per month for maybe a studio and if you lucky a one bedroom mostly likely youll be somewhere in The Bronx.

No, this is your typical starting apartment.
NYC housing/apartments are ridiculously costly. This is probably $2000-$2500 per month.
