for new york paying 875 for this is actually nice, a guy i dated lived in washington heights is apartment was a room with everything in it for 650.. but communal here doesnt seem so bad, its just ike living an apartment with multiple roomates you would have to share the bath/kitchen anyway

NYC housing/apartments are ridiculously costly. This is probably $2000-$2500 per month.
