hey stunted, ive got a j reg phase 2, what are my options on boost upgrade? bbt said i needed just an incar boost kit for a safe 14-14,5 psi but i wasnt convinced that i didnt need a different wastegate actuator what did you do with yours? im using a standard turbocharger.

make sure everything is runing ok before turning the boost up. If there are any problems fix these first. Make sure it doesnt run hot snd that the cooling system is working 100%. If your's is runing spot on, then the best way is to get the in car kit, its much easier. You don't need to replace the actuator on a standard turbo. Remember tho if its an old turbo turning the boost up may send it over the edge. It's always a good idea to get the fueling checked out aswell.

It's a cotten green, a little tip if you fit it with a metal coller it increases the noise.

Theres no dumpvalve at all, just the compressor surge.

I was the real owner, i sold the car years ago ;) as for the turbo and engine. i took it out before selling and put it back it standard.

cant remember the full spec but it was a t25 .48 comp housing and .49 exhaust housing, bit laggy but dont the job.
