Yep, Buzz is the owner, and the driver in this video. It's an Austin roller, not an Aultman-Talyor however. The magneto is an American Bosch, it currently has Blue Crown spark plugs (nothing but the finest), and TWO Kingston 5 ball carburetors, one for each cylinder. It's a trip and a half to ride on, and two and a quarter to drive. It was a head-turner to say the least. It's ugly, rusty, noisy, and it will smash anything. What's not to love?
