I love how she did this completely solo. Normally they save complete solo songs for the fantasy sequences or the dramatic dark street scenes. It kinda shows how Stacey was definitely the leader of the group even with Ryan there.

I think they recycled extras because not only are they wearing the same clothes but the woman with the red ribbion in fron of stacy when shes on that thing was in another episode wearing that as well.

The royalties issue is the main reason Kids Inc isn't on DVD. The show had to pay the writers (but not necessarily the original artists) royalties for the use of their compositions. Deborah would have been paid for the use of this song on the show. Re-negotiating all the 100s of songs from the show would be cost prohibitive to releasing DVD seasons.
