Must have taken a long time to model all those characters and the scenes, well done. I wish you had taken a little more time animating the characters, a little more antcipation before each sword strike would have given the fights much more impact. Also the characters don't seem to actually walk - did you put a wire skeleton inside each of them? That really helps when you're making them walk.
Your right about the anticipation, I was never satisfied with how the fighting looked. The characters have very stiff walks, this is due to the fact that I did this thing really fast, I'm taking my time now on the next one. I don't use wire skeletons, I understand how that works but thats not my method and would only hinder me.
