The shoes aren't hurting him in any way, the thorns, however, would do. The shoes are there to protect his paws. It's not animal abuse at all, Franks owners are just being protective parents.

I love animals too and get mad if anyone hurts them, I don't think this is much of an abuse, the owner is there in case the dog gets really uncomfortable. It would be a much better planet if animal abuse was defined like that. I contrary I find adoring aniamls in petshops (whatever kind) a much worse act. I wish they could realize how oxymoron is to see as loving cute pet a baby animal in a box of glass.

Dear I have a bulg dog and they are so wonderful, i noticedthe redness on his face wrinkles that will go away with baby powder make the one with out scent starch make sure his is wrinkles are dry after he plays with water, I heard it can be painfull for them , dog dives in his pool and loves water but I dry him good and use the baby powder
