@TheUnic95 tattoo's are only possible due to mods and such on PC versions of pes I don't know about xbox or ps3 and such as far as I know tattoo's=pc only
@TheUnic95 well one way is through patches that have these included you can find some online or you can make them yourself with a good pic editing tool like gimp or ps, but it's not easy there are a few tutorials ,here on youtube you can find these by searching I hope this helps a little bit

@TheUnic95 if i were you i suggest you check one of the tutorials on the tattoo parts here on youtube, emm there are special files that show the the player's faces with al their skin next and around it and those are the ones you'll have to change so the tattoo's will be on the arm really really check tutorials here because I'm not that good in explaining (pretty basic english) and I don't know everything (or alot for that matter) about modding:p) I hope you'll succeed with this
