WTF? is that Tübingen, Germany? My Tübingen? isn't a littel bit south for Auroras to happen?... Anyways, I hope to see them this winter if it happens in Tübingen.
BTW, where in Tübingen was that shooted?

Not really. It happened a couple of years ago (2003, I think...must've been really active that year) in Knoxville, TN, USA. Crazy.

lol me too. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw one of those rainbows that makes a circle around the sun. Thought it was a sign of the apocalypse!
