by the "Gods" Hindus don't mean the term like most wetsern constructions of "Gods" or "God" For Hindus A god can take many forms and be many things. This is often misinterpreted to mean that they have many gods. In the broader context, the meaning of god for the hindu is that there is no meaning. Also, Most Buddhists would not align themselves with any organization like Scientology

I agree with your description of the Hindu definition of "Gods". As far as Buddhists aligning themselves with Scientology - I think you would be suprised if you looked into the facts and figures of it. There are numerous Buddhists temples that apply Dianetics and I know of at least four which have included multiple works of Hubbard's in their literature. In fact if you are a Buddhist and were to reasearch a bit of Hubbard's writings you would find a lot that is familiar to you.

Did they just say "it's spirituality" and show a picture of Buddhists meditating? Buddhists believe in more gods than any other religion in the world! I thought Scientology abhorred anything that couldn't be explained with empirical evidence. Isn't that what science is all about, absolutes? Ok, if at the end, you had replaced "Its Scientology" with "Its a Kodak Moment", would it even seem out of place? Come on CoS, at least tell people what you believe. That was a good commercial and all, but I'd expect good propaganda from CoS. (Propaganda is not a bad thing, it is neither good nor bad, so do not misconstrue what I am saying).
