Dastrack bushing is quite big , so what brand bushings should I change the bushings for this truck ?

Just got my new longboard with 180mm Fasttracks. I find the factory bushings very soft. (well i'm 90kg..heavy rider) How many rounds can i tighten up the nut on the kingpin? or in mm...how many mm should the kingpin watch out above the nut at max with the factory bushings?
