Personally, I would have taken advantage of his utter confusion and the fact that his reflexes must have been 2 weeks in the past to stuff the sharp end of his guitar right down his throat.

God Johnny was such a mess. Smack took a toll on his guitar playing more than anything, compare his 80s stuff to his Dolls stuff and the deterioration is sad.
