Why do I need to show you a video of something you can easy test yourself? Every character in this game has a DACUS, that's kinda common knowledge. Do the inputs with ROB in front of a banana - if he picks it up you know it's a legit DACUS. Every character has one - ROB and Lucas included.

Do the regular DACUS input with an item lying in front of you on the ground - you will pick it up and then perform the usmash. This is because you pick up the item via Dash Attack [ -> "DA"] and then cancel it with an usmash [-> "CUS"]. And that's exactly what a DACUS is. Just because ROB doesn't slide doesn't mean it's not a DACUS - every character has a DACUS but only the characters you listed slide while performing a DACUS.

@Yojimbo335 This is incorrect. R.O.B cannot DACUS and neither can Lucas. R.O.B. can glidetoss to usmash but he cannot cancel his dash attack to usmash like Falco/Snake. Same with Lucas, he cannot cancel his dast attack to usmasd, that would be godly if he could considering he has the most powerful usmash in thee game.

Glide tossing and DACUS are different in that glide tossing is to cancel the roll with an item toss where DACUS is to cancel an attack for another attack.
