And can you see some strange detail here, the 2 other judges put their arms after Acky. It's logical then to have a doubt : do they really prefer Poppin J or if they just follow Acky cause they are not sure?... And last thing, great dancer and good judge are not automatically the same thing. That's my advice ;o)

And i think it's interesting to read advices of the audience when this is written with respect. Just look at the way he hits the beat, unreal, every movement, every hit is right on and clean. Popping J is good as well, but he doesn't hit the beat nearly as well as Hozin
Eurgh, why are people going on about who should have won. You make top 16 of any big tournament (especially in Korea!) and you are a damn good popper. The rest is down to luck, whether you have a good day, what the judges are feeling like, how the audience react.
Just accept that they are both amazing and please don't comment like "omg robbed" because honestly. If you are on youtube watching this videos and not in the top 16, do you really think you know more about popping than Kyo, Acky, Kin?
I love hojin, but is it just me or is everybody dickriding him... hojin didn't get ROBBED. it was an arguable decision by the judges but it wasn't obviously hojin's battle.
Hojin hit everything, killed all the beats, but honestly, so did J. and J did it in a much more raw fashion and hit so much harder. plus, he was creative as hell. I know Hojin looks sleeker, smoother, and sexier, and is an absolute BEAST, but u gotta give J some props.
and to be honest, i think hozin won too, but popping j's "not clean" is a technique, called loose dancing, it allows u to open up something else, i learned this from a great OG popper
2nd round was Hojin's clearly. He completely rode the beats, was unpredictable and had an overall dynamic and creative set compared to J. There should have been a tie-breaker 3rd round.

We lived in Germany when our parents were in the military and i used to see alot of different styles from the California , New york and Texas kids.

When i saw R16 (2009) poppin j won in front of poppin zero, and it happened the same of here. Any style is not dope i think, there are master poppers, and then there are poppers that need to clean their style. For example, i have to clean more my style, kite don't.

Where the sound is not just one hit, its like shuuuuuussssh.. haha hard to describe yeah double hit not for strength. Look at Nelson's tutorial for Yak films.

Hozin won.
In every aspect. He was more to the beat, listenned to the music and followed it more intently. His pops were more precise.
The only reason poppin J won was because he was a more senior popper. Older, more experienced, more popular ..... but less talented.
